5,Description: The FXH7 mechanical seal is designed with a balanced wave spring. The stepped shaft design allows the mechanical seal to be used under higher medium pressure. It can perfectly replace the Burgmann H7N mechanical seal.
The principle of this mechanical seal is that after the shaft rotates, the set screw drives the rotation of the transmission sleeve, and the square groove of the transmission sleeve drives the rotation of the dynamic ring. The seal between the shaft and the dynamic ring is maintained by the interference fit of the O-ring. The O-ring is stationary relative to the shaft. The wave spring provides the initial seal of the mechanical seal and provides compensation for the dynamic ring during use. The pitch of the wave spring is relatively large, and it is not easy to block the spring in a medium containing a small amount of particles, thereby making the mechanical seal last longer. The static ring ensures sealing through the interference fit of the O-ring, and ensures the static ring's stillness through the friction of the O-ring. The static ring here has a pin added to play an anti-rotation function, which can better ensure the static ring's stillness.
