The principle of this mechanical seal is that after the shaft rotates, the transmission sleeve is driven to rotate through the set screw, and the square groove of the transmission sleeve is used to drive the rotation of the moving rings at both ends. The seal between the shaft and the moving ring is maintained by the interference fit of the O-ring. The O-ring is stationary relative to the shaft, and contains a small spring. The small spring provides the initial seal of the mechanical seal and provides compensation for the moving ring during use. Multiple small springs make the force on the moving ring more uniform. The moving rings at both ends share a set of springs, making installation more convenient, thereby extending the service life of the mechanical seal. The sealing of the static ring is ensured by the interference fit of the O-ring, and the stationary state of the static ring is ensured by the friction of the O-ring. The static ring here has a pin added to it for anti-rotation function, which can better ensure the stationary state of the static ring. Flushing water should be passed through the middle to ensure the pressure inside, so as to better play a sealing role.
