This mechanical seal is designed with a balanced large wave leaf spring. It can effectively solve the problem of high medium temperature and high pressure, with uniform spring compensation force and long service life.
The principle of this mechanical seal is that after the shaft rotates, the set screw holding the shaft rotates, the screw drives the spring seat, and the wave-plate spring drives the rotation of the dynamic ring. This better ensures the sealing of the dynamic ring and increases the floating performance of the dynamic ring, which can well meet the sealing effect of the pump. The wave-plate spring provides the initial sealing of the mechanical seal and compensation for the dynamic ring during use. The wave-plate spring is combined together by welding, and it is not easy to block the spring in a medium containing a small amount of particles, thereby making the mechanical seal last longer.
The static ring is made of rubber or flexible graphite to provide sealing. In order to prevent the static ring from slipping under high pressure, an anti-rotation pin is designed at the bottom of the static ring to better ensure the sealing and stopping properties of the static ring.
