4,Description: FXRO mechanical seal is a non-balanced pin transmission small spring structure design. It can well solve the problem of small transmission and compensation force.

The principle of this mechanical seal is that after the shaft rotates, the spring seat is driven to rotate through the set screw, and the dynamic ring is driven to rotate through the connection between the spring seat and the transmission sleeve pin. The dynamic ring is an integral sealing material, which can better reduce the leakage points of the seal. The overall sealing ring is relatively large to increase the strength of the sealing ring. The seal between the shaft and the dynamic ring is maintained by the interference of the V-ring. The V-ring is stationary relative to the shaft. The small spring provides the initial seal of the mechanical seal and provides compensation for the dynamic ring during use. Multiple small springs can make the dynamic ring evenly stressed, thereby increasing the service life of the mechanical seal. The static ring is sealed by the interference of the PTFE O-ring or rubber O-ring, and the static ring is ensured by the friction of the O-ring. The static ring seat has a pressure plate that can better fix the static ring so that the static ring will not slip.
