4,Description: The static ring of the FXMH10 mechanical seal adopts a multi-spring compact structure design, which can effectively solve the problem of compact sealing cavity space.
The principle of this mechanical seal static ring is that there is a hole on the spring seat installed in the pin on the sealing seat to ensure the stationary state of the spring seat. The spring seat and the sealing seat are realized by the interference fit of the O-ring installed on the sealing seat. The static ring is connected to the sealing ring and the static ring seat by means of an inlay. The static ring seat is clamped by the convex groove punched down from the spring seat and the notch of the static ring seat to prevent the rotation of the static ring seat. The seal between the static ring seat and the spring seat is ensured by the interference fit of the O-ring. We have also designed an R to be processed at the tail end of the static ring seat, so that several components can be better combined together and will not fall apart. This design installs the spring on the static ring, which can provide compensation while better avoiding the influence of the centrifugal force generated by the shaft rotation on the spring, thereby greatly enhancing the reliability of the mechanical seal.
