The principle of this mechanical seal is that after the shaft rotates, the spring seat is driven to rotate through the set screw. The several protruding R on the spring seat acts as a transmission to drive the rotation of the moving ring. There is also a snap ring groove in front of the moving ring. After the snap ring is installed, the moving group is a whole, which is easier to install on the equipment. The moving ring is a whole sealing material. This design reduces the leakage point of the seal. The seal between the shaft and the moving ring is maintained by the interference of the O-ring. There is a gasket between the moving ring and the spring, which can make the thrust of the spring more uniform and can also block the O-ring to prevent the O-ring from being squeezed out. Multiple small springs provide the initial sealing of the mechanical seal and the compensation of the moving ring during use. Multiple small springs can make the moving ring evenly stressed, thereby increasing the service life of the mechanical seal. The static ring is ensured by the interference of the O-ring to ensure the sealing, and the static ring is ensured by the friction of the O-ring to ensure the static ring. The static ring seat has an anti-rotation pin, which can better fix the static ring so that the static ring will not slip.
