5,Description: FX155/155A mechanical seal is designed with unbalanced conical spring. It can perfectly replace AES T04/T04D and national standard 155/155A mechanical seal.
The principle of this mechanical seal is to hold the shaft tightly with the small end of the conical spring. The rotation of the shaft drives the rotation of the spring. The interference between the spring and the dynamic ring seat and the interference of the O-ring drives the rotation of the dynamic ring. The seal between the shaft and the dynamic ring is maintained by the interference of the O-ring. The O-ring is stationary relative to the shaft. The conical spring provides the initial seal of the mechanical seal and provides compensation for the dynamic ring during use. The pitch of the conical spring is relatively large, and it is not easy to block the spring in the medium containing a small amount of particles, so that the mechanical seal can be used for a longer time. The static ring ensures the sealing through the interference of the O-ring, and the static ring is ensured by the friction of the O-ring.
It is important to note that when using the spring, you must distinguish the left and right rotation directions. If you choose the wrong direction, it will cause leakage of the mechanical seal.
